Who is your target audience?
We specialise in high volume, multi-national recruitment. In the MENA region this includes retail, hospitality, professional services, manufacturing and logistics, as well as recruiters and outsourcing companies. We have multiple use cases, you can use Gateway as a standalone solution or plug our tools into your current ATS, CRM, ERP to enhance your current workflow.
What traction do you have?
We currently have 12 users, three paying customers with another two onboarding in January. The average MRR is $250 per customer and the platform is hosting 20-30 jobs at any one time and screening over 3,000 candidates. Our paying customers are a management consultant using Gateway for F&B pre-opening, two hotel chains, a retail business based in India and a outsourcing company.
What is your pricing strategy?
Monthly subscription, preferably paid annually. The cost is based on number of employees and number of jobs posted per month, with bundle packages for pre-openings and events. This starts at just $149 per month and includes multiple users, job posts, screening tools, access to ATS, data and insights and messaging software. We have project based pricing for recruiters starting from $999 per month.
Whats your competitive edge?
We have an all-in-one solution to digital recruitment with an intuitive user experience. Companies dont need to spend time and money integrating multiple tools, and trying to understand different ways of working. We have fully integrated a number of software to handle job distribution, screening and shortlisting and we will soon build digital onboarding and training modules which will grow our demand in the market.
How will you stay ahead?
All our technology is proprietary so we can build quickly, and we have low usage costs. AI is improving everyday and our platfrom will as a result become more accurate. Our low pricing means SMEs would see little / no benefit in trying to build a similar product and whilst larger companies will try and encorporate AI into their own systems, Gateway will continue to stay ahead through our speed, versatility and continued focus on user experience.
Where will the capital be spent?
The capital will be spent on a software developer based in Dubai, salespeople and marketing. The objective of the capital is to give the business another 12-18 months to find product market fit and scale within the MENA region. The project has been self funded up until this point with over $200,000 spent on technology and another $100,000 on employee salaries and other overheads.
